Guns
if every weapon had a 0.5 second reload increase it would be a positive
Because there are currently 100+ guns in games maybe remove some or make them timed exclusives to be able to focus on buffs/nerfs
dont make every attachment available for every primary weapon. who tf wants a long ass scope for their smg
Make there a larger reason to pick weapons for one thing or the other
example: make it clear that SMG's are generally quicker to use but lack damage for long distance
Machine guns are high damage and work mid to long distance BUT have the trade off that they are slower to use. (literally seeing guys running full sprint across the map with an LMG makes using an SMG redundant)
assault rifles are jack of all trades which is good for players starting out
having secondaries kill you in one shot is kinda stupid unless they get a longer reload time/debuff them to take the majority of your health when hit in the body but keep one shot kills for headshots/higher recoil (Deagle is literally the most powerful handgun in the world REPLICATE THAT).
NEVER add claymores to this game
ALSO the recoil on the carbines seems too much but on LMGs they are like using a bb gun
Make attachments easier to unlock to make it a better experience for new players
Maps
Need smaller maps (distinguish yourself from either focusing on small skirmishers (COD) or large open battles (BF))
If you choose to focus on larger combat: Add vehicles, more long range guns.
smaller skirmishers: remove some weapons that are unneeded, is great for the speed and great movement your game is known for
Gamemodes
along with smaller maps their should be more fast pased gamemodes
having guys stand hardscoping you at the end of a map makes the game boring
you could have alternate gamemodes that punish people for camping but do not necessarily punish campers
Kill confirmed is fun but make it that killing someone counts for fifty and picking up their dog tags is also worth fifty
because you make the dog tags additional points, the majority of people won't pick them up as they just see it as a bonus rather than completing their kill
With king of the hill maybe every 30 seconds change the hills location
Have more free for all versions of your gamemodes e.g. Free for all, gun game, kill confirmed (FFA), King of the Hill (FFA)
could make wave based games like COD Zombies for players that want a solo experience
Just generally add more gamemodes as the game can get repetitive

Make the player models not as scuffed as they are.
make ally name tags another colour cos when most of your maps take place outside. its alot more difficult to distinguish friend from foe
redo the UI e.g. put minimap higher up and the kill feed smaller and in the top right
customization for player model
lso probably get rid of the loot box system it would probably be better to replicate warframes system where you just buy the skins you want,
If possible add daily challenges for players to gain more EXP
Fix sound. I literally cant hear an LMG RIGHT NEXT TO MY HEAD WHILE IT IS KILLING ME
Have a better system to combat hackers rather than kicking players

If worried about new players not having a good first impression make a tutorial level and have the controls clearly labelled and easy to change
game feels empty add more sounds and storybuilding for your LORE?
Time to Kill feels weird and inconsistent (might just be my dogshit ability to play the game lol)
increase heal time or add usable medkits like BF
also add invincibilty frames when spawning ESPECIALLY when squad spawning (alternatively you could add a juiced perk (increased speed and health for 5 seconds) so that bad players aren't dissuaded from playing this game.)
