TASTE
-we do nave a bergamot on top - [ˈbɜːgəmɒt]
-it gives it a nice smell
-it’s a blended breakfast - смешанный
-it has a little bit more of a darker quality
HERBAL
-pale yellow colour
-chamomile which is flavour giving it a smell of green apples
-fresh sweetness
-combination of the stalk of chamomile
-really thin colour

GREEN TEA
-very flat leaf quality texture
-i’m getting this very soft subtle note of like steamed bok choy
-the skin of walnuts or peanuts things
-fixed in a pan
-oven fired
-a mixture of sweetness and zucchini
-Really consistent leaf size
-it has pale lime
-A little bit more darker and more muted
-The walnut flavour is really predominant here
-really had a great cup
-The aroma of this was very exciting, it’s more vegetal
OOLONG

-the leaves are a little bit twisted
-aroma like a lemon taffy

-there’s a couple of twigs
-leaf size is pretty consistent
