In two- sillable adjetives the ending -er is added
adjective: good, comparative better, superlative the bets.
example: i feel better today
adjetive old, comparative older, superlative the oldets
example: netx to wood, coal is the oldets of fuels.
adjetive fae, comparative futher, superlative the furthest
example: my car is the furthest one.
Comparatives
In one_syllable adjetives, the final ending- er is usually

is repeated and est is added

If it ends in y, it is replaced by i and est is added

Comparative adjectives are used to compare differences between the two objects they modify (larger, smaller, faster, higher). They are used in sentences where two nouns are compared, in this pattern: Noun (subject) + verb + comparative adjective + than + noun (object). (Samuel Pérez Cervantes)
Examples of compartive sentences:Motorola is more expansive than samsung (Mariana Morales Martinez)
Irregular Comparative Example: better, worse,less
Superlative example: I phone is the largest (termination in "ets" when they finish is consonant (Mariana Morales Martinez)
Superlative adjetives examples: My house is the largest one in our neighborhood. (Samuel Pérez Cervantes)
Comparative adjetives example: My house is larger than hers. (Samuel Pérez Cervantes)

When the adjective is monosyllable and ends in "e" only "r" + THAN is added. Ej: is larger
When it is monosyllable and ends in a consonant, the consonant is doubled and "er" + than is added. Ej: is bigger
when the adjective has more than two syllables "more" is added and the adjective is not modified. Ej: is more expansive
