Don't suffer from 'prolonged grief disorder', you'll have to get this done within 3 months of bereavement or you will not get all the funds available to you

Payment deduced from deceased persons estate, excluding personal things left to widow, widower or surviving civil partner
Can help pay for; Burial Fees/Cremation Fees/Cost of Doctors Certificate/Travel/Costs of moving the body more than 50 miles/Death certificates and other documents
Money for other expenses; directors fees, flowers or the coffin (get up to, £1,000 from the 08.04.20). Dependant of circumstances and other funds available to you, insurance, or deceased persons estate
If the deceased has a pre-paid funeral plan you can claim up to £120 for things not covered by the plan
