Follow RTI model to collect evidence (ORTIi PPT1, 2016), such as: Type, intensity and duration of scientific research-based instructional interventions. Collect rate of progress. Compare student rate of progress with expected rates of progress. Monitor progress on a schedule (that allows for comparison to student peers, appropriate to student's grade and age, is content-monitored and allows for interpretation and intervention (ORTIi PPT 1, 2016) .
Data to use: Universal Screener, Progress Monitoring, Curriculum Assesment, Individual Diagnostic Assesments, SBAC, Achievement Tests (ORTIi PPT 1, 2016).
Prepare evaluation report: "Include student level of performance, expected level of performance, magnitude of the discrepancy" (ORTIi PPT 1, 2016).
