2.Description of the Student’s skills
What is the student having trouble with?
Document strengths and weaknesses
Provide assessment results and samples of student’s work.
Response to Intervention
3.Notify Parents
Arrange to meet with parents
Gain a level of understanding from parents about their intentions.
Discuss possible interventions and teacher’s that will be involved in the process.
Discuss how the parent’s can help from home.
Differentiated Instructions
4.Schedule review meetings
Schedule the amount of meetings there will be and how long the meetings will go for.
Outline success markers/ criteria
Monitor and measure student’s progress
Assess whether further intervention is necessary.
1.Identify student's behaviour
In class behaviour: speaking or not, naughty, distracted, unresponsive, etc.
Abilities: verbal comprehension, verbal expression, articulation, learning speed, etc.
Physical markers: gross motor skills, fine motor skills, eye contact, etc.
Anxiety levels
Extreme expression of emotion ie. tantrums.
