Arrangement of Leaf: The manner in which the leaf are arranged on the stem is called phyllotaxy. There are three types of phylotaxy
Alternate Phyllotaxy: In alternate phyllotaxy from one node only one leaf grows and another leaf grows opposite node
Opposite Phyllotaxy: In this phyllotaxy from one node two leaf grow which are opposite to each other.

Insectivorous Plant: Some plants grow in places where there is deficiency of nitrogen and so they need to trap insects to fulfill their this demand. Some insectivorous plant are:
Venus Flytrap: In this plant the mid rib is like a hinge ang the leaf is like combox. It have hairs on its edge and when ever any insect touches the hair the insect gets trapped and the leaf close.
Picher Plant: This plant is in shape of a pitcher and whenever any insect come and sit on its lid than suddenly the lid get close and the insect fall inside and then they insect is digested by the plant.

Shoot system which grows above ground. It includes stem, leaf, flowers, buds and fruits.

Stem: Stem holds the plant upwards. The point from where leaf grows is called node and the space between two nodes is called internode.
Leaf Venation: The arrangement of veins on the leaf lamina is called venation. There are two types of venation
Reticulate Venation: In this venation the veins are arranged in a manner forming network. Ex: mango leaf.
