Concept map summary: The NFDP 2020 training give us chance to reflect upon the four broader themes namely teaching, research, professional development and community services. Taking teaching as an art, research as a passion, striving for the best as professional development goal and doing best for the community give us direction to put career.
Summary of training :During last 23 days, we started with idea “if we know everything” and being in this training is something unnecessary. However, it took not more than few minutes to reflect ‘Yes, it is going to offer something different and exciting, it is something that can empower us, it can develop our capacity, it can give us a position where we may be standing with a unique position in university among other collogues making difference not only in teaching, but also in research. Professional career path with clear intention to serve the society and play our due role. In other words it appear re-birth to set our paths.
