- - - - Finally, the decomposers come in this cycle, making the death body of the consumers or also producer, decompose into the soil, by this returning the phosphorus into the beginning where more plants grow and continue the cycle.
- - - - Methane
        
        It is a source of atmospheric carbon which comes from wetlands, landfills and livestocks.
      - Animal respiration
        
        When animals, such as cows, eat plants, the carbon moves through the biotic world as one organism etas each other.
      - Decomposition
        
        The decomposition of things such as fossil fuels and dead organisms such as plants return the carbon to the atmosphere converted into carbon dioxide.
      - Combustion
        
        The burning of fossil fuels and wood, make the carbon return to the atmosphere as carbon dioxide.
      - Plant respiration
        
        Carbon is returned to the atmosphere by also the respiration of plants.
- - - - The next step of the cycle is when ammonia becomes a ammonium compound in the soil, which because of nitrifying bacteria's, such as nitrosomonas, becomes nitrate (NO2).
