Teacher differentiates instruction and puts strategies in place to assist student.Record progress and observations for 2-3 weeks
If student shows progress, continue with differentiation and strategies :check:
If student does not show adequate progress, teacher writes and implements a Teacher Action Plan (TAP) Record progress and observations for 4-6 weeks
Meet parents and share TAP goals/objectives
Inclusive Education (IE) to support by providing resources
In class support from IE if necessary
If student makes consistent progress, teacher sets new goals. Eventually, wean student off of the TAP pending consultation with IE team :check:
