creation, editing and dissemination of the tools proposed by the equity-seeking committee (in collaboration with the communication committee)
requirement to read and adopt the anti-harassment policy and the unity base for each temporary or permanent worker, member of the Board, member of La Centrale, intern or volunteer, before taking up their duties
training of the team workers and the Board of Administrators on organizational history and working methods, by The Centre for Community Organizations (COCo)
vote on the adoption of the personalized anti-harassment policy and on the unity base (including the establishment of a procedure for receiving complaints, recruiting a person for their handling and setting up a complaints committee)
