4) Intentional Leader #2
Define and finalize a set of 5 - 6 competencies, behaviors and/or practices to directly support leadership, individual and collective effectiveness. An area of focus in IL 2.0 is the practical application and sustaining of the behaviors in the everyday activities of the organization.
Review these with PAI senior leadership and a sampling of employees from all levels to ensure alignment with the PAI strategy.
Create a learning path and materials for the PAI values and the above noted items, similar in approach and format to IL 1.0, to enable all PAI employees to be trained.
IL 1.0 will be reviewed throughout this process to determine how and where it integrates best with 2.0.
