Workload

Dynamic muscle effort
It occurs when there is a succession of contractions and relaxations of the active muscle or muscles of very short duration
Standing Work
It involves an overload of the muscles of the legs, back and shoulders, therefore, alternating with other postures, thus reducing the postural physical load.
Sitting Work
It is the task of less static load on the postural muscles. But a bad design between the seat and the table or work plane, can increase the static load on certain muscle groups
Heavy Physical Work
Manual work must be properly designed so that workers do not exhaust or contract muscle tension, especially in the back.
What is Ergonomics
It is the set of knowledge from different scientific disciplines which is applied in order to adapt products, systems or environments to the needs and characteristics of the people who use them.
