Killmonger using his position as King to then conquer the rest of the world abusing the resources and loyalty of Wakanda
Wakandas disregard for the lesser world because they are sitting comfortably with their advancements
Understanding
Killmonger grew up in a place where death was just apart of life. He held so much hatred and anger for Wakanda because he knew they had the resources to help and they didn't
T'challa and Killmonger both needed the power of the throne to enforce change. Killmonger wanted the throne to conquer the world and create and Empire with Wakanda at the centre of it. T'challa wanted the throne to continue his fathers legacy.
T'chaka favored a Wakanda that minded their own business in undisturbed seclusion. N'jobu, however, couldn't stand by idly as he watched his people fall victim to senseless oppression. T'chaka concealed his brothers death because he believed Wakanda wasn't ready for such an ideology.
Killmonger needed a platform for him to enforce his goal. He needed the power of the throne and complete control of Wakandas resources to conquer the world.
Wakanda represents the real power of technology. They believed that if they exposed these kind of advancements to the world they would be taken advantage of, so instead of taking this risk they concealed their power for themselves

our first look at Wakanda is T'challas ship flying through the barrier shows the power of Wakandas advancements and how they are hiding from the world to protect them
Dialogue/quote
'You know, where I'm from... when black folks started revolutions, they never had the firepower... or the resources to fight their oppressors. Where was Wakanda? Hmm?'
'I observed for as long as I could. Their leaders have been assassinated. Communities flooded with drugs and weapons. They are overly policed and incarcerated. All over the planet, our people suffer because they don't have the tools to fight back. With vibranium weapons they can overthrow all countries, and Wakanda can rule them all, the right way!'
