        This led to 250,000 protesters gathering together in Washington DC, where Martin Luther King Jr. gave his "I Have A Dream" Speech.
        
        This speech inspired so many people even the Congress enacted the Civil aRights Act in 1964.
        
        This also led to King being honored with the Noble Peace Prize.
    - - He is known to symbolize the journey for equality and nondiscrimination that lies at the heart of the American Dream.

        At his talk he said "If the white people realize what the alternative is, perhaps they will be more willing to hear Dr. King".
        
        Malcolm X may have never embraced King's non-violent or Christianity but near the end he was finally wanting to work with with if not partners then acquaintances.
