Definition

Definition
Is a settlement with a public transport route that links one suburb in a settlement to another, mostly used to trade goods.

a commercial town is a piece of land where its main function and primary land use is commercial activities such as shopping, movie theatres, malls, different stores and so on. as opposed to a more residential neighbourhood where people would live.

A settlement where its function is to import and export. A place where goods can be imported and exported.

São Paulo is without a doubt the biggest commercial town in Brazil. with its large population and big buildings filled with different stores and different entertainment sources.
