What team achievements have we made in Term 2?
Chn sitting at group time with less assistance. Judah, Colton, Amelie, Leo especially. Less educators needing to sit with children for support. - Lauren

School readiness program has been a big job, and all educators seem on board. Skills assessments have been underway, and we have learnt a lot of specific information about children's abilities. - Jess

Key focus areas for the team during Term 3
Choice boards could be used as more of a behaviour strategy e.g. this child is quite heightened at this time, let's do the choice board. - Maree, Roni. Discussion more in the future as a whole team around this implementation please. - Jess
Play skills e.g. play sequences throughout the room to model appropriate use of resources. Will help to assist some chn in particular. - Roni, Maree

Meaningful reflections done on the weekly programs, the daily reflection diary as a whole team, and individual critical reflections. All educators contributing to this regularly. - Jess
All educators making contributions to the weekly programs. This will account for individual focus chn, and ensure the program is meaningful. - Jess
More time and focus on setting up play spaces each afternoon, ready for the next day. This should be done in accordance with the weekly programs. All educators being accountable for this. - Jess
