        Great, we can see that we have 10% of our Budget left from Q2 (around 500.000$) which we can invest to hire more people.

        On average, employees have a higher salary than contractors. It would be cheaper to hire contractors:
        With the budget for one average employee, I can hire about 2 contractors.
        But would I make my targets by hiring contractors?

        On average, contractors close a higher number of smaller deals, making less revenue on average.
        So...The strategic big deals are still closed by our employees. An average employee makes around 4 times the revenue of an average contractor

        If I want to close the revenue gap in Mexico, I should at least hire a Senior Specialist.
        On average they make 3 times more revenue compared to contractors.
