Activity #1 Little Naches Meeting Coordination and Facilitation and Project Management
1A. :check:Track, coordinate and facilitate LNWG meetings with agendas focused on implmenting tasks 1B - 1F. As part of the the meetings, the coordinator will track the implmentation of the Big Little Naches Work Plan and LNWG engagement in the implementation of the Little Crow Project

Coordinate with the LNWG and USFS to develop proposals for the use of Huckleberry, Dry retained receipts and other funding sources to implement non-commercial thinning, prescribed fire, culvert replacements and other management actions covered in by existing NEPA analyses in the Little Naches watershed including the Little Crow Project.

Activity #2 Social Media Specialist
This activity will support a social media specialist who will focus on outreach, communication and interaction with the broader Tapash membership, elected officials, and the public to inform and garner support for Tapash restoration projects.
2A. :check: Establish media connections with partner agencies (USFS, WADFW, TNC) as well as local news outlets (newspapers, radio, tv reporters) to share Tapash news, updates and upcoming events.

Activity #3: Coordinator for Tapash Sustainable Forest Collaborative : This activity will support the activities of a coordinator to facilitate Tapash Sustainable Forest Collaborative quarterly stakeholder meetings that will include the Tapash Executive team, public and interested stakeholders. Objectives of the meetings will be to increase public support for forest restoration projects. This activity will also support facilitation of the Joint Task Force to explore and develop concepts and strategies for accelerating restoration planning and implementation in alignment with the Okanogan Wenatchee National Forest's 5-Year Integrated Plan.
3A. :check:Coordinate and facilitate 2 quarterly Tapash stakeholder meetings. Spring meeting will focus on project areas, problem solving and setting the next year's Annual Operating Plan.
