Future Perfect ATTENTION
By 10 pm tonight, I will have finished this report

She will have finished her exams by then, so we can go out for dinner.
refers to a completed action in the future. When we use this tense we are projecting ourselves forward into the future and looking back at an action that will be completed some time later than now. It is most often used with a time expression.

Past Perfect
refers to a time earlier than before now. It is used to make it clear that one event happened before another in the past. It does not matter which event is mentioned first

First conditional
If the weather doesn't improve, we wont have a picnic

things which might happen in the future. Of course, we can't know what will happen in the future, but this describes possible things, which could easily come true.
Second Conditional
If we weren't friends, I would be angry with you
If I were you, I would get a new job

talks about things that I don't think will really happen. It's subjective; it depends on my point of view.

Third Conditional
If you hadn't been late, we wouldn't have missed the bus
It talks about the past. It's used to describe a situation that didn't happen, and to imagine the result of this situation.

Zero conditional
when the result will always happen. So, if water reaches 100 degrees, it always boils. It's a fact.
If water reaches 100 degrees, it boils.
If I eat peanuts, I am sick.
