        Select location and tap on count
        
        Navigate to New count screen

        On click of back button, simply navigate back to list
        
        Sub category tab will remain expanded
        
        selected location entry will be retained

        On click of done button, user will navigate back to list with Counted label against that article
        
        Sub category tab will remain expanded
        
        selected location entry will be retained
        
        Show Add location only for first time article entry.
        Same location will be retained for successive articles.
        User can edit location by using pencil icon
      - Show Add location screen only when article search is successful
    - - Navigate back to Completion summary > Base count pie chart screen
      - FINISH Location first
      - Counted subcategories will be moved from out from the count summary list once user navigates out and comes into same list
    - - IF ALL SUBCATS ACTIONED ? (Atleast any one article actioned from each Subcategory)
