Scientific Law
A scientific law states the formula of thing that happen and exactly how they happen. For example, Newton's law of gravitation says, "Every point mass attracts every single point mass by a force pointing along the line intersecting both points. The force is directly proportional to the product of the two masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between the point masses."
Scientific Theory
A scientific theory explains the law, why it happened and how it works. An example of a scientific theory is the cell theory.
Observations
An observation is a record of what you exactly hear, taste, see, hear, or feel. You do not need to explain observations. For example, the apple is red
Inferences
An inference is a statement one makes based on an observation. For example, I infer that the table is heavy because I struggle to pick it up.
