get up at the same time each day

keep a glass of water close

watch what you eat
Drink enough
dont drink to much caffeine
dont hang out in the bedroom during the day
dont smoke
be calm
In the evening
dont eat to much before you sleep
move around a bit
be clean
dont play a video game instead read a book.
go to the bathroom before you go to sleep
dont drink alcohol before you go to sleep
