Flowers and the Earth
Parts of a flower
Anther
The anther is the main male reproductive organ as it produces pollen and then waits for either insects or wind to take it and pollinates.
Style
The style is essentially what takes the pollen grains converts it into a pollen tube and sends it to the ovary.
Stigma
The stigma is the main female reproductive organ as it takes the pollen grains and sends it down to the ovary to start the process of fertilisation.
-
Sepal
Sepals often protect the flower during bud condition whereas the petal shows when the flower is mature.
-
Petal
They are modified leaves to protect the reproductive organs, often they are colorful to attract pollinators like bees or insects. But they can be green and let the wind help with pollination.
The filament is a stalk-like structure that attaches to the base of the flower and supports the anther, which is the structure that produces pollen
Ovule.
The ovule is a plant structure that develops into a seed when fertilized with the pollen tube and this seed goes out into the ground to create a new plant.

Earth
-
Its because of the Earth's axis which is tilted either away or towards the sun. Because of this the Sun directs on to different areas causing seasons.
