CC : เจ็บครรภ์ 1 hr PTA
PI : 1 hr ก่อนมา รพ. เจ็บทุก 5 นาที นาน 30 วินาที ไม่มีมูกเลือด มีน้ำใสออกช่องคลอด ไม่มีตาพร่ามั่ว ไม่จุกแน่นลิ้นปี่ ขาไม่บวม ลุกดิ้น มากกว่า 10 ครั้ง/นาที
RR
ผู้ป่วยรู้สึกตัวดี หายใจ room air ไม่มีคลื่นไส้อาเจียน no chiling on iv ข้างซ้าย acetar 1000 ml+synto 40 u เหลือ 600 ml ไม่มีบวมแดง มีแผลผ่าตัดหน้าท้อง no bleeding มดลูกกลมแข็ง มี bleeding per vagina on foley catheter สีปัสสาวะสีเหลืองใส่ไม่มีตะกอน

ผู้ป่วย spinal block + marcaine 1 mg+morphine 0.4 mg

Category I
เป็นกลุ่ม FHR ปกติ สัมพันธ์กับสภาวะกรดด่างที่ปกติ ซึ่งมีครบทุกลักษณะดังต่อไปนี้
Baseline rate: 110–160 beats per minute (bpm)
Baseline FHR variability: moderate
Late or variable decelerations: absent
Early decelerations: present or absent
Accelerations: present or absent
Category II
Baseline rate
Baseline FHR variability
Accelerations
Periodic or episodic decelerations
Category III
Recurrent late decelerations
Recurrent variable decelerations
Bradycardia
Sinusoidal pattern
สาเหตุ
umbitical cord compression คือ ภาวะสายสะดือถูกกด
ภาวะที่การไหลเวียนเลือดเข้าสู้รกไม่เพียงพอ
กรณีศึกษา
มีสายสะดือพันคอ 1 รอบ
อาการและอาการแสดง
อัตราการเต้นหัวใจเต้นผิดปกติ
มีขี้เทาในน้ำคว่ำ
ทารกดิ้นน้อย
ทารกเลือดเป็นกรด
