A secondary source is a source made after the event in history happened. examples : movies, biographies, newspaper.
A primary source is a source made at the time of the event. When it happened. Examples : journals, interviews, original documents.

Kings
-
The King/Queen owned all the land but kept around 25% for themself. They granted the land to their people to live on.
The King/Queen lived in great privilege and was wealthy, hosted fancy banquets and balls.
Also being the King/Queen was quite stressful planning wars, battles, taxes or keeping the country in order.

Peasants/Serfs

They did most of the farm work including feeding the societies above and getting fresh water and more.
Peasants worked hard for all the things they had, but they normally lived very short lives.
Farm work was very hard and everything had to be hand done, they woke up at dawn and worked all day.

Week 5

The accused person would fight the accuser and whoever won was telling the truth. (they could also pay someone to fight for them)
Accused person would suffer from something and if the scar didn't go away in 2-3 days they were guilty.

Another one was they would throw the accused into the water and if they drowned they were innocent but if they stay afloat they are guilty.
Hierarchy
Hierarchy is a system that you are ranked form most important to least important. For your social status.

Feudalism

People would trade things for different things whether that be food or protection, money etc. For example Peasants would give their lords food and would do jobs for them while the lords would give the Peasants land to live on.

Example for King : the king would give the lords and church nobles goods (gold) in exchange for food and taxes.
Example for Lords and Church Officials : The lords and church officials would give the knights goods and land to live on exchange for protection.

Example for Knights : the knights would give the peasants/surfs protection and land to live on in exchange for food and goods.

You get a lawyer and you have judges and jury to decide if you are guilty or not. There is NO death penalty in most countries only jail time.

It didn't really have a vaccine back then. People tried to get others better but couldn't find a vaccine till the 1860's.

By praying for the sick person and hoping they survive. People in Medieval times had not very much experiences with viruses.
