Baroque art: The Baroque is a style of architecture, music, dance, painting, sculpture, and other arts that flourished in Europe by the early 17th century until the 1740s.
Characteristics: Some of the most important characteristics that artists would apply mostly in their art is: Contrast, deep colour, and movement.
Artists: Caravaggio and Rembrandt
Caravaggio's artwork: "Baco"; is an oil painting by the italian Baroque master Caravaggio, the painting shows a youthful Bacchus reclining in classical fashion with grapes and vine leaves in his hair.
Rembrandt's artwork: "Head of Christ" ; is a 17th century painting by Rembrandts workshop. Almost in full face. Long dark curls, and thin full beard. In a reddish brown cloak. Half length about half life size.
Rococo art: Is an artistic style which originated in the 18th century in France. Often referred to merely as late Baroque.
Art characteristics: Some of the main characteristics are : Feminine, graceful and creamy or pastel colors.
Artists: Jean Honoré and François Boucher
François Boucher artwork: Madam Bergeret 1715 ; one of François most enthusiastic patrons it depicts a young woman, resplendent in a full-length gray satin gown, standing in an intimate corner of a garden . :
Jean Honoré artwork: A Women with a Dog 1769;There is humor in the contrast between the ample proportions of the lady and the small size of her lapdog, the curl of his silky tail echoes her gray ringlets.
Neoclassicism art: Was a western cultural movement in the decorative and visual arts, literature, theatre, music and architecture, that drew inspiration from the art and culture of classical antiquity.
Art characteristics: dramatic lighting, principles of simplicity and symmetry.
Artists: William Hogarth and Dmitri Levitski.

Dmitri Levitski artwork: 1773; is a painting of Gl Alymova, it's a women with a beautiful dress and she is playing the harp.
Romanticism art:as an artistic, literary, musical and intellectual movement that originated in Europe towards the end of the 18th century, and in most areas was at its peak in the approximate period from 1800 to 1890.
Art Characteristics:Romantic art focused on emotions, feelings, and moods of all kinds.
Artists: William Blake and Caspar David
William Blake artwork: "Newton" (1795);Isaac Newton is shown sitting naked and crouched on a rocky outcropping covered with algae, apparently at the bottom of the sea.
Caspar david artwork: His head bowed, a man walks alone in the silvery, cold moonlit night while contemplating a megalithic tomb and its implicit message of death
Realism Art: Sometimes called naturalism, in the arts is generally the attempt to represent subject matter truthfully, without artificiality and avoiding artistic conventions, or implausible, exotic, and supernatural elements.
Art characteristics: This art includes some characteristics as; perspective, details of light and color.
Artists: Ilia Repin and Eugene Boudin.
Ilya Repin artwork: "Dragonfly" ( 1884);The portrait depicts Vera Repina, the artist’s daughter. The master’s portraits of children are characterised by his admiration for their childish spontaneity and careless joy of being.
Eugene Boudin artwork: (1868) " Strand in Trouville"; its a beautiful landscape in the beach.
