implemented in small teacher/student ratios
at least one time every 1-2 weeks
Tier 3
students not making progress in Tier 2 intervention
40-60 min per day on top of Tier 1
small teacher/student ratios
special education teacher or specialist
instruction time and duration varies depending on student needs
