Reframe: When you attached your emotional response to an outside condition, you're putting yourself in a reactive position. If things go well, you'll feel good, if things go bad, you'll feel bad. Instead, you want to choose how you want to feel and focus on the evidence that supports those emotions. Besides that, I'm sure you could find evidence to support the fact that you are NOT deficient. Would you be willing to put your focus there for at least a little bit of time?
