Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin is trying a new formula which is untested but constitutional
He is playing safe and trying to avoid further controversy. Thus, he is being fair and transparency by did that decision.
How
The position for Deputy Prime Minister need not be filled as there is no provision for it under the Federal Constitution.
As the Constitution in Articles 43 and 43(A) talks of Ministers and Deputy Ministers and there is nothing about Senior Ministers in either the Constitution or other laws.
The position of a deputy prime minister is not necessary to appoint which lead more on party performance.
The prime minister has the discretion to appoint a deputy prime minister or otherwise.

• Defence Minister: Ismail Sabri Yaakob
• Works Minister: Fadillah Yusof
• Education Minister: Mohd Radzi Md Jidin

6.Plan carefully all travel abroad and ensure the officer that had been authorized to go overseas is an officer that directly involved to the project and the expenses used is at a reasonable cost.
Improve the role of Audit Unit in Ministry/Department to ensures the financial management audits are implemented

2.Raising government revenues. Government should, leverage on the assets and review our taxation policies to maximize revenue for the Government.
