Medieval Europe and Shogun Japan - Coggle Diagram

- - - - Japan comprises 6,852 islands extending along the Pacific coast of Asia. It stretches over 3,000 km (1,900 mi) northeast-southwest from the Sea of Okhotsk to East China and Philippine Seas. The county's five main islands, from north to south, are Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu and Okinawa.
    - - The social classes were a way of breaking up the people into different levels of power with the Emperor on top and the Traders at the bottom the traders were at the bottom not the peasants because the traders did not produce anything on there own but the peasants made a almost everything. The shogun was second but surprisingly held more power then the Emperor the shogun made all of the decisions for the country. The peasant had about the same life as in Europe they were owned by the farmers and helped with farming and other jobs around the farm. The worriers of Japan were Samurai they protected japan if there was any threats.
    - - Both Japan and Europe have big social systems like King/Emperor at the top and peasants near or at the bottom, this means you would think the Emperor would have a lot of power, but in fact, he does not hold most the power the person that holds most the power is the shogun, he is behind the scenes and makes all the decisions for the king.

    - - Samurai
        
        Daily life for samurai was normally conditioned of getting up early having a good filling breakfast and going to go train or fight it matters what he has to do that day.
      - Peasants
        
        Peasants woke up really early and would eat little to no food for breakfast and would work for the whole day come home and would eat food if they had nothing for breakfast but if they did eat for breakfast they probably would not have any food that night and would do that every single day.
      - Shogun
        
        A morning for the shogun the leader of Japan was getting up early and having a quick eat and then going to lead japan and make all the dissensions for Japan.
      - Traders
        
        Daily life for a Trader was getting up early and going to where there destination with whatever items they have on them and then try to sell the items in a city or town.
      - Emperor
        
        A morning for the Emperor normally consisted of getting up and eating the most luxurious food in the country and then the Emperor would go and do any jobs that were needed that day. The jobs that he had was performing "acts in matters of state" as stipulated in the Constitution and attending greets with his people.

        A King's daily life: A medieval King would wake up early in the morning. He would start his day by going to the chapel and praying. He then ate a light meal and began his jobs for that day.

        The daily life of a knight in the Middle ages followed a similar schedule to that of his lord or the noble he served. His daily life centred around castles or Manors or fighting for his lord and the King during times of war.
