((Conditions changes impact at an exterior and interior levels, COVID -…
-
COVID - learning new tech, business pressures emerging, even the collab containers are at the affect of the conditions
Integral observation - the internal containers are influences by environments we are in and subject to
-
Observation btwn co-design and collaboration - how to get into strip stream a bit, and then knowing when to pick things up

What was going to be the best way to be of service knowing that Susanna had more at stake around the research piece
Different styles - interesting reflection on the polarities between tight AND loose - haven’t thought deeply enough to know it was a pathological response or a healthy response
-
What was difficult - different styles, would have gone to workshop design to resolve tension points,
The value of the collaboration want to work with people who have different skills and styles that can be clunky, but if prepared to work with that its really worth it -
Don’t pretend it’s not a tension, but don’t ignore that it’s part of the richness
more productive approach to how we did our decision-making and organised/structure our time and identified the things we need to resolve
working with the tension, if it’s completely easeful all the time it doesn’t make the collaboration worthwhile
INTERDEPENDENCY - External conditions (covid -19) changes the conditions within the internal container we designed - they are interdependent
BEHAVIOUR - Collaboration isn't doing and deciding everything together, but rather allowing the ball to bounce around, which requires trust and having the maturity to know when to lead and when to follow
STRUCTURES - Spending time working on agreements and decision making protocols that considered different working styles before launching into the design process
