information about HIV/AIDS and new treatment
4. Encourage pt to express feeling
5.Administer anti-anxiety medication (Bezodiazepines)
6.Encourage pt to join support group
7.Reinforce patient ask question
Evaluation: Pt able to understand and explain about HIV/AIDS
Evaluation: The pt level anxiety is reduced & he/she able to coping it positively
7.Encourage pt to participate in meditation therapy
8. Reinforce doctor explanation (diagnosis, treatment, plan and progress)
3.Identify pt coping mechanism
4.Explain patient about ART
