      - Falsifying information is fraudulent behavior and can pose major consequences for myself, the CI and the facility. Actions may include suspension or termination of the CI, failing the fieldwork course, and potential law suit.
- - - - By implementing my positive resolution into action and refusing to conduct fraudulent behavior, I would be preventing potential harm from everyone connected to the situation, including the patient and facility. It is best to follow the guidelines layed out by the AOTA guidelines to ensure fraudulent behavior is nonexistent.
      - Simply “filling in the documentation” and wrongfully billing for the evaluation and treatment sessions is a violation of the AOTA Standards of Practice and increases the risk of the CI getting their OT licensed revoked (AOTA, 2015)
