        What's wrong with lessons learned? When you capture knowledge, you kill it - like butterflies. Bullet points on a flipchart or a report, missing the emotions. Important to retain the human touch - quotes, photos... Storing knowledge shan't be hiding. Sharing is not to put in a repository, but to have an understanding who is the recipient, who could fid it useful and be proactive about it. Not hiding is not sharing
