Not quite Clare (ie someone who would be embarrassed of Tesco Mobile). 25-35 year olds. People who’ve probably always had a contract on the big networks ie EE and O2, maybe a saucy Vodafone. They want a reliable service, but also would probably be up for saving some money. Still might be a lingering stigma about Tesco Mobile as there would have been back in the day (Welcome to Tesco Mobile messaging service.) Money conscious, these are people no longer at uni or living with their parents, so they’re probably spending a fair bit of coin on rent/mortgage (potentially). They’ve been in their jobs a few years, maybe had a promotion. These are the Bens and Lucys of the world. Use their phones quite a lot, data is key.
