Plot
narrated by victor, the story follows him and his mother going to a house for its final clean, as victors mother was accused of stealing earrings and was fired, the story shows victors frustration with his mothers complacent and mature manner, as she supposedly wants to keep the story from getting out and her losing other jobs, towards the end of the story we see them find the missing earrings and return them without saying anything and rejecting a sum of money that the home owner was willing to pay
