educational activities contribute to achievement
of their results.
Efficiency
It is said to have efficiency if the resources and

appropriately and if they fulfill their function.
Effectiveness
It is understood as the achievement of the purposes and objectives proposed by the student and
graduates and answers the question of whether the institution makes its students learn.
Congruence
An institution will be of good quality if
there is correspondence between the inputs
human and physical, processes and
proposed outcomes.
Relevance
It is understood as the relationship between
institutional purposes and requirements social, for solving problems.
