Serving process
Customer gets in
=> Cashier prints 2 bills: 1 for kitchen, 1 for customer
=> kitchen serves as bills
=> customer brings bills to cashier for payments
=> kitchen and cashier keep the bills for 2 times daily finalizations

Free drinking water, put in front of the shop
2 months, on hot days
Maximum 2 20-lit bottles of water/day, 80k/day

Delivering
Grab: 25-30% commission for them => 40-42k/bowl
Must have an Android tablet/ mobile phone for receiving orders
Grab keeps the payments from customers and will repay to shop after 1-3 days, after deducting the commissions.

Plastic boxes: 700d/box 500ml included logo printed, 1000 boxes minimum
Plastic lid stamping machine (keep the soup hot and not pour out): 1250k (from HCM), excluded the shipping fee.

Installation
Renovation
They need to take a direct look, but last Saturday i called the landlord, she said she was repairing the spillways so she denied to open it. She said it would be done after Sunday, so this week i will take the constructors to the shop.
Kitchen part

Chopstick: 300-1000/pair based on the quality
