task analysis
problems
safety - when dealing with a product that has blades and tools inside them you would have to consider how to keep all of those tools safe when comes to manufacturing it all together
-
-
if it were a product consisting of different blades/tools it would need to be designed to be kept safe whilst using its other functions
weight: a multi functional product must have a weight that is reasonable lighter than carrying a lot of different tools
-
size /comfort : the product must fit the users size and not feel like it would be an uncomfortable thing that requires having to use different tools uncomfortably
if it shall be handheld it would require a good grip so that using its different tools shall feel as if it were using one instead of having two tools together
-
function :a multi functional product must function smoothly as if the two tools manufactured together where already designed to be together
-
the product must work in both ways like it would normal feel it should feel like your using the original thing
storage: products that are multi functional should also have features that make it easy to store and keep safe
-
solutions
-
giving the product features for that when finished can be safely stored into itself rather than having it out dangerously
keeping it a reasonable size that wont feel like a lot of heavy objects but one multi functional one
-
solutions
if the product were advertised then it would give the teenager a look at what is being sold and it can be spread through the different forms of media from social to newspapers and poster
if a product were to be given a wide range of appealing bright colours then the buyers would be more interested in buying them
if the size of a product were to be a reasonable size then the teenager would be sure to buy it as it would also be easy to store
the cost of the product must relate to an average teenagers pay rate in which they wouldnt have alot of money so the cost schould be minimul to around £100
problems
advertisement : the user would most possibly take a product that benefits their lifestyle and to give them any form of advertisement gets them an idea on having it as an essential to them seeing it as something lots of other teens get joy from
-
aesthetic: the product must be eye catching and have a good appearance so that it can stand out towards a teenager
-
cost: if a teen were to buy a product they would expect it to be cost efficient and something they would be able to afford as a young adult
-
-
storage/size : if a teenager were to purchase a product that would keep themselves organised it should have a size that wont be to big and should be able to store properly
-
produce a product that is made from less plastics and more natural materials this will be environmentally friendly and recyclable
we want the products to look stunning and eye catching and by doing that is by adding in natural colours that would fit into the theme of the environment
the product will be the size of any regular pot from small to medium to big this gives the buyer their regular size of plant pots or plant holding products and can be sold for a wide range
problem
material : when u make a product for nature you want to consider the material you would use if you were to say store a natural plant into it this will be easy to reuse and recycle
aesthetics
when making a product that fits into an environmental context you would want the produce the look appealing to the buyer and you want it to be suitable for a nature look
size: when looking at size you expect to have the product at least a medium size for a plant of any sort
-
material: again for using a natural material you need to produce a product that must be environmentally friendly and made from a product that can be recycled easily and reusable
