Each orga/larger group has to have Training Center/Training Experts within PMO team to support knowledge transfer
Right now it is not happening
Value of training is NOT clear or elevated to the right level
Mgrs are not supporting employees to attend the training
Employees do not like training sessions, they feel like it is extra that will consume time and WHY we need to attend??? What will get out of this??
VALUE: learners, SME, mgrs, PMO????
Importance of the training for each org, people are not available/assigned or in charge in Training for each orgs
Cost of doing nothing??? What is fin impact on employees, program outcomes, projects, org effeciciencies
WE MUST QUANTIFY the cost of BAD training!!!!!
