        The bible claims that God made the Earth first, then the sun. But the scientific fact is that the sun has existed longer than the earth and scientists have seen no such evidence that can accurately challenge this.

Carbon Dating is when you see how much radioactive mass is remaining and backtrack it to when the radioactive mass was at its 100 percent. When an animal dies the unstable Radioisotope of carbon-14 begins to lose mass in a process called radioactive decay. The most common radioisotopes that are found in all living things are Carbon-12 and carbon-14. A half-life is how long it takes for a radioisotope to lose half its mass.         We did not evolve from monkeys, but we have common ancestors. Evolution is not a linear line, but a tree of common ancestors.
        
        But scientific theories are critiqued and changed based on new evidence all the time, it is the best possible answer with lots of supporting evidence. If one day we find evidence that opposes it strongly, we will have to re-evaluate evolution and change it based on the new evidence. Unlike religion, scientific theories are never praised as absolute truths, they can change and even be disproved. But people cannot do the same because God's word is the supposed absolute truth in their mind.
        
        Evolution is a fact. That does not mean it is absolute. Fact means that it is supported by the evidence, which is a factor that can and does change.
        
        Even if evolution did not have so much evidence and support, that doesn't mean that it was God, just because science cannot yet explain something, that does not mean that God is the answer.
        
        You say that the problem with evolution is that we have not observed and seen it happen with our own eyes. 1.that is false 2.even if that was true, youy did not witness God creating so how can you verify that he did?
