The Motlow Writing Center is a free service available to all Motlow students. It offers one-on-one sessions with knowledgeable, attentive tutors.
Math lab
Motlow's math labs are free for any Motlow student currently enrolled in a Motlow or TNeCampus mathematics course.
Library :books:
Each Motlow library offers library orientation and bibliographic instruction for classes and specialized computer-based research workshops for faculty.
Power typing :pen:
PowerTyping is an online free typing tutor teaching typing on a computer keyboard - English US layout.
Completion coaches
Completion Coaches assist students with navigating through the challenges of higher education. Students and coaches work together to develop proactive strategies to address academic concerns and life challenges.

Five varsity sports make up the athletic department - men's basketball, women's basketball, baseball, women's soccer and softball.
Clubs
At the beginning of each semester, Motlow College hosts a Club Day. This is an opportunity for new students to become acquainted with clubs & organizations. Students can also find out more about clubs & organizations and meetings by checking out campus bulletin boards.
Honors Program
The Honors Program at Motlow State Community College (MSCC) provides an interdisciplinary education of exceptional quality to highly motivated students.

Tennessee Promise
The Tennessee Promise provides Tennessee high school graduates the opportunity to go to a community college tuition-free for a total of five semesters. Students must meet all Motlow and tnAchieves deadlines in order to receive the Tennessee Promise Scholarship.

Getting Started
Academic Programs
Motlow State Community College offers the following degree programs: Associate of Science (A.S.), Associate of Arts (A.A.), Associate of Science in Teaching (A.S.T.), Associate of Fine Arts (A.F.A.), and several Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) and certificate programs.
Dual Enrollment
Dual Enrollment allows high school and home schooled students to earn college credits for courses taken through Motlow while still being enrolled in high school. As a dual enrolled student, you are enrolled in both high school (or homeschool) and Motlow State Community College.
