Predicative sentences can work alone because they have a well-defined semantic value. A single predicative verb is capable of forming a complete sentence, because it consists of all the proper units of the sentence

NOMINAL
In it the verb has undergone a process of grammaticalization by which it has been emptied of semantic content and has become a mere grammatical instrument, carrier of verbal morphemes.
TO BE AND TO BE
only copulative verbs that exist, so called because, in addition to carrying the morphemes of time,
number, mode, aspect, etc., have the mission of uniting the subject with the attribute
VERBAL
The most important element is the lexical meaning of the verb, which conditions the structure of the predicate, since it requires certain verbal complements that configure it.
The predicate is a verbal phrase (SV) that has a verb as its nucleus. Verbs denote processes, actions and states that occur in the world
