Fayol: Classical Theory

Contributions:
Universality of the Administration: It shows that it is a common activity to
all organizations Home, company, government, indicating that whenever there is
an organization whatever its type must exist administration. :
Functional areas: For Fayol, there must be six functional areas within the
company
- Technique: Take care of the production
- Commercial: It is in charge of the sale
- Financial: It is in charge of the use of capital
- Accountant: Responsible for inventories, balances and costs
- Security: It is responsible for protecting the assets of the company and the employee
- Administrative: Responsible for the proper use of resources.
