Feedback calls once a semester
Volunteers should be called every three months unless there's any other issue.
Feedback is center specific
Google form + Calls
This form will be active throughout the year so anyone can drop in their feedback when necessary
Leaders should check the feedback form every week for any new responses

Probation to all volunteers
If attendance is 60-80 : Leader to contact/inform them about the same.
If attendance is below 60: Under probation for 4 weeks.
Leaders can use color coded system among leaders to keep tab.
New volunteers to be under probation for 4 weeks.
Checking attendance every two months

80% participation in engagement and bonding activities.
Responsive whats-app groups. (60% if not informed prior about online engagement, 90% otherwise)
A healthy bond with the assigned kid
100% Volunteers are aware of the kids learning style and can handle the kid with ease.

80% volunteers have 80% attendance.
Elaborated Interview Process
The interview process should be more elaborate where we can see how connected the volunteer is to the cause.
We need to factor in areas such as they being in final year and there's a possibility of shifting from the city.
We can have multiple criteria for a volunteer to be selected.
Showing them the impact they're responsible for
Motivating volunteers and encouraging them every week by constantly reminding them the positive change they're bringing through debrief/launch
Creating a positive environment in the center.
Increasing Confirmations Efficiency
Send in the confirmation form on Wednesday and ensure Mapping to be done by Saturday.
Use Whats-app group description as an announcement board to send in confirmation links so the link doesn't get lost between messages.
Making them feel special about having good attendance
Volunteer that have above 95% attendance to be PERSONALLY Affirmed (Cards)either by a Leader/Kid.
Awards day every first class of the month.
Birthday Celebrations/Wishes
In the weekly debrief we’ll wish people who had their birthdays or any other events. This will make them feel more involved in the community and in turn increase their consistency
Affirmations to maintain the work spirit of volunteers
Plan different strategies based on the crowd to increase affirmation culture.
