What is (definition):
Adverbs
it`s another classification, however, instead of changing nouns or pronouns, adverbs can change verbs, adjectives, or even other adverbs.

it`s a classification of words that changes the meaning of a sentences, describing nouns or pronouns
The main difference lies in what is the target of the adjective/adverb, in the image you can see the example in quick rabbit and the quickly hopping.

How to make (structure):
Adverbs
An adverb can be in the start, in the middle or in the end of a sentence, but never between the verb and the object of the pharase (see example below).

Normally the adjectives comes next to the noun, as in:
"how + adjective + a/an + noun"
