1. Homophones: Make use of homophones in their Newspaper Article (PW12).
2. Poetry: The Frost - Rhyme (CL12)
3. Newspaper Article: Learners will write an article to ask for sponsors for their Corona care packages (CW14). INFORMALLY ASSESS- Grammar
4. Phonics: ew sound (PW1)
5. Cursive: k, b (HW1)

Morning Meeting:

1. Math- Time tables 3, 5, 7 (MD1)
2. Learners look up the phonic words in the dictionary (PW1)
3. Draw two pictures on pollution. One showing pollution and the other picture no pollution.
4. Learners create their own No Pollution sign

Informal Assessment:
Grammar will be informally assessed in Newspaper Article written.

Support/Conferencing:

1. Homophones- PHONE: Make it practical, it is what I hear.
2. Say different words and learners must indicate if these words rhyme or not.
3. Ask learners to cut out and paste the format of the newspaper article.
4. Phonetically sound out the words with the learners.
5. Practise cursive letters in flour and air writing.
