If/when learners exhibit behaviour which doesn't met the agreed rules, it's important to stop and think about why, what do they need. Is an earlier break required,? is there anything that trainer can do to alleviate? But also, it might mean the trainer has to challenge the behaviour of the learner, reminding of the agreements, finding subtle and tactful ways to tackle this and remembering to consider the learner's point of view and position. All behaviour is communication and it might mean they need to tweak something to get the required behaviour
