- Scrapbook: Create a scrapbook about different plants and the dispersing of seeds by animals (NS3.6, CW4-5).
- Phonics: ew sound (PW 1, PW4)

Listening will be informally assessed in the listening test (LS 8-10, LS20)
Support/Conferencing:
- Provide different homonyms and learners must identify the definitions to differentiate.
- Revisit steps: making notes while listening and reading questions first.
- Revisit layout of scrapbook. Also revisit the information of plants and choose important information.
- Phonetically sound out words with the learners to improve spelling as well.
- Cursive: Practise letter in flour and air.
Morning Journaling:
- Draw a seed and the parts of the plant
- Choose a part of the plant and explain the uses of it.
- Create a part using coloured paper. Indicate the parts of the plant.

On Purplemash learners will create their own garden centre by planting seeds and looking after them.

- Discussion: Littering- learners go outside and pick up litter/make a list and give feedback to the class (MC51, SD55)
- Activity: Think of solutions to implement at school to stop all the littering.
